Responsibilities include (but not limited to): building positive rapport with patients, maintain patient database & scheduling, maintaining supplies and inventory, reconciling petty cash & patient payments, opening and closing procedures and proper communication with the doctor. The Office Manager's hours are Wednesday (usually 9 -8 with a lengthy lunch break), Saturday (usually 9-5) and telecommuting a few hours a week from out of the office. The Officer Manager MUST possess the following skills and personality traits: punctual, mature, proactive, multitasking & prioritizing, take charge attitude, compassionate, welcoming and inviting, organized, accountable & responsible and flexible. Basic bookkeeping, Microsoft Office and Ipad skills are also required. Strong interest in naturopathic health (including acupuncture, homeopathy, herbology, nutritional therapy & detoxification) is a huge plus.
