Under the direction of the General Manager and or Logistics Manager

Schedule, coordinate and monitor vans with a capacity of 7 to 11 passengers in their daily shared ride routes or in the capacity of private van rides and other passenger transportation vehicles, to assure that all trips are run safely, efficiently and on time; maintain computerized operating system by inputting data and producing reports; communicate with drivers and customers when necessary regarding their transportation needs. Recommend route changes; Log driver behavior, attendance, vehicle accidents, and lost items and or luggage.
