As the right arm to these industry leaders, you will be entrusted with a wide range of administrative and project-related duties that have an immediate and long-lasting impact on this firm's branding, growth and operations. You will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency and excellent judgment as you manage executive calendars, organize extensive corporate travel arrangements and manage all internal documents and reports. A resourceful self-starter with strong organization, communication and project management skills will thrive as the primary support to these top financial executives.
Duties:
? Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel; book hotel accommodations and arrange point-to-point transportation
? Oversee complex scheduling and calendar management
? Prepare meeting materials and client correspondence
? Review, prepare and manage expense reports and track reimbursements
? Take charge of additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? 2+ years experience supporting senior executives; must have experience organizing calendars and securing travel arrangements
? Analytical, solution-oriented and eager to learn new skills
? Multi-tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
? Excellent ability to draft, edit and proofread written materials
? Displays professionalism, integrity and a team-oriented mentality
? Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
