Responsibilities
? Full accounting and reporting responsibilities for our Private Equity advisor entities.
? Daily and monthly journal entry bookings and related reconciliations.
? Extensive interaction with fund and tax accountants, as well as auditors during the year-end audit.
? Extensive management reporting.
? Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
? Cash reconciliations and relevant journal entries
? Inter-company Reconciliation and Settlement of outstanding balances
? Balance Sheet review of relevant accounts
? Revenue booking, analysis and forecasting.
? Review of Overhead Allocations.
? Preparation of tax expense in coordination with tax group.
? Expense booking, analysis and forecasting.
