MeTutel offers academic support and private instruction for all middle- and upper-school math and science levels. Sessions are available for students in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Our tutors have a genuine and enthusiastic desire to "teach as a tutor." While subject matter expertise is a priority, we also place high value on a flexible teaching style and the ability to engage students in new and creative ways.
An ideal candidate should be working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field (or an education degree in a STEM field), have experience teaching or tutoring middle- and/or upper-school students, and possess excellent organizational and instructional skills.
