Seeking a Strong People Manager to Guide Internal Clients Toward Goals

TNTP seeks a full-time Partner to lead and manage the human capital agenda as business partner to a revenue-generating internal client. The position reports to the Vice President -- Human Capital. The location of this role is flexible and may be based in the central TNTP office in Brooklyn, New York or from a home office anywhere in the United States. The Partner position requires occasional travel throughout the year. This position is available immediately.

Compensation
