General Responsibilities:
- Support clients' use of our custom web applications.
- Interact directly with Polaris clients to troubleshoot their use of the application.
- Write SQL queries to generate Reports as per clients specifications.
- Recommend application changes to our consultants.
- Prepare agendas for client meetings, to review open issues and suggest solutions.
- Assist with creating client ready presentations and materials.
- Gather requirements for enhancements, prepare workflow charts, mock-ups and documentation for clients approval.
- Understand clients' business policies and procedures. Both technical acumen and interpersonal communication skills are critical.
- Manage and own internal and client deliverables as assigned by manager.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-4 years of work experience, preferably within IT consulting and application support
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfort using and troubleshooting software applications
- Beginner or intermediate level experience with MS SQL (required) and HTML (desirable)
- Ability to interact with client to understand problems
- Keep detailed records regarding problems, causes, and resolutions
- Understand business processes and their relation to technology
- Maintain a professional attitude when challenged by difficult situations
- Strong MS Office skills
- Beginner or intermediate level experience .NET (optional)
- A pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or medical education background, particularly in medical affairs or medical education, a plus but not a requirement.
