Super (Superintendent), Handyman Building maintenance Full time. Crown Heights Area, Brooklyn NY

Looking for a self-starter, motivated and entrepreneurial individual to become a member of our growing team.

Must be organized and focused to complete tasks started in a professional way.

This job requires general experience doing all different types of repairs. Knowledge of plumbing a must.

You will be working for a hands-on landlord as a salaried employee. All properties are located in the same general area. Your duties will include dealing with tenants, general repairs such as plumbing leaks, electrical issues, plastering, painting, ceramic tiles etc. When an apt. becomes vacant, complete renovations.

If (after a trial period) you are that person we are looking for, a live free rent situation is possible in the future.

Must have tools and car.
