RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for performing custodial duties and minor repairs within commercial and residential sites including but not limited to light carpentry work, electrical, painting, tiling, basic plumbing.
Performs other related functions as required or directed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant must have own tools and related work experience.
Candidate should be able to prioritize efficiently and work in timely manner.
Experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills a must.
