? The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to execute all FOH systems and day to day operations under the established guidelines and operating procedures of ELM.
Qualifications:
? Candidates should have at least 2 years experience as a restaurant manager in an upscale restaurant.
? Must understand that managing is an art that requires dedication and patience.
? Ability to work an open schedule; i.e. mornings, nights, weekends & holidays.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks in a deadline driven, demanding environment.
? Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable and self motivated.
? Desire to continuously learn, grow and strive to create a positive and fulfilling atmosphere.
