I am expanding my team of Apartment Rental Agents in the Williamsburg/Bushwick/Bed Stuy areas of Brooklyn.

There is an exponentially expanding real estate market happening in this part of Brooklyn right now and for the next few years.

This is the right time to get in with a Professional Real Estate Company based out of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Must provide own transportation. Having a car is a huge plus and will increase your likelihood of getting hired.

Training starts ASAP. Contact Douglas for Location and Times of Interviews.

Job Requirements Include:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Craigslist.
Must have a Smart Phone (iPhone, DROID etc.)
Knowledge of general area of Williamsburg, Bushwick and Bed Stuy. Trains/Major Streets/Attractions/Parks.

Job Duties Include:
Posting ads on Craigslist and other Apartment/Room Rental Platforms.
Handling Keys/Organizing Codes to Access Buildings.
Dressing Professionally and Showing Apartments to Clients.
Receiving and Handling Money/Receipts.

Commission is 25% of the Full Month Value of every Room and Apartment Rented.
