This HR Manager's position is different in that senior management at Allegiance Retail Services wants to listen to what you have to say. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree with a continuous record of learning. If you have a Master's degree in Human Resources that would be a real plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to individuals, committees and larger groups
• Previous experience in recruiting, training, performance management, compensation, leadership development, and all aspects of managing an HR department.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, medical plans, COBRA and workers comp.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free (abuse of illegal and legal drugs)
• An inquisitive and creative mind
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated negotiating ability
• Both a strategic and tactical focus
• A solid knowledge of business and marketing
• Good facilitative approach to solving problems
This is an important position within the organization. This person is
• Responsible for leading the efforts to build a winning corporate culture
• Develops and administers policies and philosophy of the company in accordance with the values and standards of the company as well as the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• As a member of the leadership and management team, supports the plans and actions of the entire organization in its efforts to build a strong and profitable company
• Creating, implementing, and administering the Human Resource systems that foster a culture that supports the philosophy of the company.
