Verde Coal Oven is looking for an experienced Restaurant manager. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, energetic, customer service oriented individual who is passionate about food and beverage.

Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience
Full knowledge of POS and its functionality
Food Handlers certificate
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian wines a plus
Flexible schedule needed to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Ability to manage payroll, scheduling and purchasing
Manage wine and food inventories
Manage daily operations before and during service
