Experienced Recruiter, Technology (Financial District)

Applicants must have a min of 1-3 years' experience in recruiting and the motivation to build and lead a team of recruiters. The role will grow to one of team lead/manager of the recruiting team and will also involve mentoring and training junior members. We are looking for hungry, passionate, motivated people, if this is not you then please don't apply. We are a work hard play hard environment!!!!!!!

Day to day you will identify and work with potential candidates to help them find their next big opportunity.
Members of the team are responsible for:
-Sourcing suitable candidates for specialist roles.
-Screening & Interviewing.
-Pro-actively searching candidates through headhunting, networking and social networking, utilizing Linked In, Facebook, Twitter etc.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions. Targeted first year earnings $80-100k++

Ideal candidates will have a real desire to be in this very dynamic business and a desire to earn lots of cash!!!
