- Must have prior sales experience and be able to close the sale. Bridal experience preferred but not required
- Must be outgoing, personable, confident, patient and know how to defuse a stressful situation.
- Possess a great sense of fashion and style
- Must be organized, detail oriented and be able to multitask
- Proficient in computers including MSOffice
- Looking to fill 3-4 days per week with at least one weekend day
- Must be a team player and be able the take the initiative to take care of necessary tasks around the salon
- Work with brides to find the perfect gown and accessories for their wedding day
- Work with bridesmaids, grooms, mothers, flower girls and guests to choose their perfect attire
- Assist brides coordinating gown fittings with the seamstress
- Answer phones and maintain appointments
- Assist in marketing including updating images, blogging and preparing marketing materials
- Steaming and preparing merchandise for store samples and customer pick up
- Maintain the appearance of the store including organizing gowns, organizing displays, vacuuming and light cleaning of accessory displays.
