I am a marketing consultant (www.courtneyrharris.com) and am seeking a professional, experienced, and RELIABLE sales person to help sell my services and manage client relationships.

Ideal candidate is someone who truly knows the sales process and understands how to move the prospect through each stage -- all the way through closing the deal. Once the deal is closed, this person would continue to serve as the main point of contact for the client. Providing updates when needed, answering questions when necessary, stopping by the client's office from time to time, and maybe even taking them to lunch to help strengthen the relationship with the client. Gas mileage and other "company" related expenses would be fully reimbursed.

In exchange for your time and efforts, you would receive a percentage of the contract. The amount will vary, but my services typically start at around $3,000/month.

Once the deal is closed, me and my team will do the actual work that is needed. That is my strong point. I do very good work. But I'm not great at interacting with the client and "schmoozing them." I also don't really have time to always stop and chat with them. I don't like politics. I don't like pretending to be their friend. I like to focus on the job I was hired to do and get the best results I can for them.

Leads would be provided. If you are able to help find / attract new clients that would be excellent (and you would be compensated more for that), but it isn't required. I have a fairly good system for attracting companies who are interested in our services. I just need someone to diligently get back to them, setup a day/time for an initial conference call (that I would join in on), to discuss what services are needed, and continue to follow up with them until the deal is closed. And of course, remain their point of contact once the deal is closed and offer them fantastic customer service.

Ideal candidate is someone who has experience selling the different marketing services I offer. Please spend some time on my website to better understand the services I offer -- particularly the "services" page and the 9/10 different examples on the "examples" page.

Ideal candidate MUST be responsive to email. When a lead comes in, or when a client has a question about something, it is IMPERATIVE that we get back to them promptly. In this age of smartphones and technology, there should be no reason for a client to wait 2 or 3 days to hear back from us. They should hear back from us within a few hours at the very least.

Candidate MUST be local. From time to time, you may have to visit the client in person to help further build the relationship.
Ideal candidate is also someone who has a current reliable source of income and would be using this opportunity as an additional source of income. This is a very part time opportunity for now and would require no more than 10 hours / week. Sometimes even less. Once we start landing large client assignments together, this could possibly grow into a full time opportunity down the road.
