A well established, nationally recognized, decorative metals company in the NE Bronx, in close proximity to Pelham, New Rochelle, Mt. Vernon, is seeking an individual to join our team.

Job functions to include but not limited to: receptionist duties, assisting walk-in clients, communicating with clients and vendors, data entry, filing, organize spreadsheets and reports, general office duties, sales, process orders.

Computer skills to include: Excel, Word, Quickbooks a plus, and other tools to stay organized and help us strengthen our infrastructure. Proficient with social media.

Qualities: Must be energetic, creative, innovative, a quick thinker, someone who takes pride in details and follow-thru, punctual, professional, patient, articulate, good listener with a sincere desire to provide the best in service to our clients.

This is a part-time, very hands-on position, with opportunity for advancement.
