A pediatric therapy center in Midtown East is looking for a qualified and motivated Office Administrator to join our team and work together with our current Office Coordinator. This is a demanding and rewarding position in a clean, bright office with a friendly and fun work environment. We are seeking someone with experience and confidence who can carry the responsibilities of the position and enjoy the rewards of working along side of children and their families.
Starting salary range: 30K+

- Hard working, very organized and efficient at multitasking
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
- Clear written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Quickbooks and Social Networking
- Good handwriting and typing skills
- Strong memory and attention to detail
- Office experience a must
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage scheduling of all staff therapists
- Interact with high volume of clientele including young children
- Billing and invoicing of services (Quickbooks)
- Order office supplies in a timely manner
- Maintain contact lists
- Perform basic administrative tasks, e.g. faxing, copying, filing
