Writ Legal is looking for Process Servers in New York to serve legal documents. We are specifically looking for servers in Queens County. Each process server will be hired on a contract basis and will be paid per assignment. We pay $25-$30 for routine service and $35-$40 for rush service. Experience in law enforcement or private investigation is a plus but not required. Contracting with other process serving companies is acceptable. All candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to pass a criminal background check and hold proper credentials to serve process (i.e. Process Serving License, bond, etc.). Proof of these items is necessary to become a contractor.
