Our dynamic, growing company with locations in Midtown and Union Square are looking for Administrative Managers for each property. The successful candidate will be a results driven and solutions oriented individual adept at problem solving and working efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
-CLOSING SHIFTS Tuesday thru Saturday
-Employee file maintenance
-Writing schedules for hourly staff
-Closing and/or opening the venue; which includes reporting daily cost and expenses
-Efficiently managing labor cost
-Handling all inventory and monetary issues; including cash outs, sales tracking, audits and ordering change for the venue
-Maintaining a hospitable culture during all shifts to guarantee outstanding guest experience

What You'll Need:
? 2+ years of similar administrative/office experience within a hospitality venue
? Solid employment history with fantastic references ("job-hoppers" should not apply)
? Hotel/restaurant/nightclub management experience is a plus.
? Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and POS capabilities.
? Ability to work late nights and weekends.
? A very high sense of urgency.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? A winning personality -- you must work well with others!
