Customer Base Manager in Wine/Spirits Creative Agency (Flatiron)

Right now, we're looking for another crusader in the fight for great spirits who under minimal supervision will:
- manage selected customers projects
- identify new business opportunities in the customer base
- directly oversee social media communication and growth for customers
- continually strive to provide excellence in customer service
- report on project outcomes to clients

We're hoping you have experience with:
- Managing complex projects, especially in wines & spirits
- Delivering results under minimal supervision
- Managing Social Media projects
- Engaging with emerging and contemporary technology
- Evolving computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills

And, of course, it wouldn't be bad if you could do the following:
- Travel when required
- Speak French fluently
- Write/Manage Social Media accounts directly
