Mon -- Fri 10am - 7pm

Responsibilities:

- Answer phones and transfer calls to correct parties
- Maintain all office files
- Perform data entry
- Prepare and send mailings
- Perform large printing/copying jobs
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate meeting schedules and refreshments
- Keep office area clean and organized
- Provide general assistance to all as needed

Requirements:

- Sufficient experience as a Receptionist/Assistant in a professional office environment
- Excellent phone manner - courteous, professional, articulate
- Punctual, dependable, and responsible - must take the position seriously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
- Computer-literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop and other programs
