Requirements:

RRC, RWC, and/or REWC with history in either roofing and waterproofing consulting, or building assessments. Duties will include window, building envelope, roofing and waterproofing evaluation, survey, design, forensic investigation, ASTM and AAMA testing, project management, consulting and quality control.
Development of plans and specifications related to the building envelope Perform surveys in building envelope and/or facilities assessments Experience with infrared scanners, window testing, deck scanners etc. Registered Roof Consultant or Registered Waterproofing Consultant or Registered Exterior Wall Consultant certifications or RRO with ability to obtain these certifications Must be able to travel, climb ladders, and perform duties associated with building envelope evaluation, design, and construction administration services Good communication skills to effectively work with clients Ability to develop business with new and existing clients Computer proficiency required Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Studies and becomes familiar with all county, state and federal regulations and codes to ascertain special permits, decisions or agreements from government bodies including zoning status and/or requirements of applicable building officials. Continually reviews the project's progress and evaluates technical data received from project staff for decisions to be made by company consultants, the client, the contractor or other decision-making bodies involved in the project. Mediates any disagreements that develop between the technical disciplines involved in a project and/or client's representatives or contractors contributing to the progress of a project and assists in developing means by which disagreements may be settled and recorded to the best interest of the project, the client and the firm. Interviews and participates in the selection and development of contracts with any required consultants and coordinates their timely efforts during the course of the project. Assists office management and technical consultants with the formulation of strategies to promote a specific and/or large project. With general assistance from office management, organizes and assembles the resources required to serve the needs of a large project or a number of projects.

Summary

Responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development, and operations of the Rehab Program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Recruits, hires, provides orientation/training, and retains a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out the responsibilities of the Rehabilitation department. Ensures employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and periodic performance appraisals are conducted on a timely basis.

Ensures rehabilitation staff is providing appropriate care to Resident in keeping with established standards for quality and in accordance with generally established principles of care

Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services considering available treatment hours, staff resources and overall plan of care.

Manages the evaluation and development of in-house therapy programs including equipment assessment and staffing ratios.

Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

May be required to perform patient care duties as their licensed discipline.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Management responsibility for all rehab department staff

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Masters degree in Speech Therapy.

Current valid state licensure as an OTR, RPT, or SLP-CCC.

One to three (1-3) years' previous clinical experience preferred.

Shift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
