QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
-Two or more years of experience in a retail and/or customer service environment.
-Prior successful sales experience in a commission environment is necessary (CANDIDATES WTH CELLUAR/MOBILE PHONE SELLING BACKGROUND PREFERRED)
-Excellent customer service skills that inspire repeat customer visits
-Strong negotiation skills to generate and close sales effectively
-Successful record of meeting and exceeding personal sales goals
-Attention to detail and high integrity
-Clear communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to thrive in a team environment
-Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
-Minimum age of 18
-Authorization to work in the US
-HS Diploma or Equivalent
