Profile: Accounting Associate Coordinator
You will be an integral part of our Accounting Team fostering and growing existing business relationships to maximize their potential, creating symbiotic win-win partnerships.
Your primary goals will consist of:
Organizing and collections of outstanding receivables and accounts payables as well as financial reporting. You will work with a talented leadership team, working closely with our Vice President of Accounting as well as our Chief Financial Officer, and the producers and customers of some of the finest food products in the world. You will take on an integral role carefully conducting and coordinating our receivables efforts thru accurate record keeping, distribution of statements and collection calls. Additionally you will participate in a wide array of accounting activities including financial reporting, billing, monthly closing activities, all while helping the companies' bottom line with fiscally conscious planning and organization. Versatility and flexibility will be key as the position is multi dimensional and involves multi-tasking.

Requirements:
~ Four Year College Degree with experience in accounting
~ Skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
~ 45+wpm keyboard skills
~ Excellent time management skills
~ Proficiency in written and verbal communication
~ Positive minded disposition and outgoing personality, grouches need not apply
Your typical schedule will consist of:
~ 5 day at our corporate Headquarters
~ Monday -- Friday
~ Hours 8-5
