Manage daily operations in office
Answer the phone and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accordingly
Organize and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Create and execute results-driven marketing strategies
Manage company social media pages
Write and distribute press releases as needed
Design marketing materials in Photoshop and inDesign
Order and maintain office supplies
Bachelors degree in Communications/Marketing, or a related field
Recent graduates are acceptable but office experience is preferred
Please be a true self-starter who anticipates needs!
