We are a small bistro in the lower east side with a great reputation for fresh, quality food and warm and inviting ambiance.

Now seeking two line cooks to come in and contribute to our team immediately. Applicants should be
* hard working, team-oriented, and willing to be part of an ambitious kitchen

*dedicated to creating a memorable dining experience for each guest.

*Fine Dining or bistro experience is required- minimum of 2 years

*knowledge on basic cooking technique , grilling, saut?ing, braising...etc

*motivated individuals determined to achieve excellence daily

*Posses prep skills and attention to cleanliness are important

*Candidate must be able to work well in a small kitchen at an assigned station while also serving as a leader and overseeing quality control.

* strong work ethic, loyal & reliable !

This is a full time position. from Tues- Sunday 1pm- 11pm ( closing) dinner shift .
Plus We will open for lunch in the near future

Salary is based on experience.
