We are looking for an outstanding Receptionist/Admin Assistant .Monday-Friday, flexible hours to fit your needs

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for clients, project managers working in the field, sub-contractors, and the general public. Professionalism in this role means a responsive, welcoming, "what can I do to help you" attitude and service-oriented conduct.

TASKS
? Interface with the public -- answer telephones, check e-mails and voice messages, set up conference calls
? Distribute incoming mail daily
? Deliver out-going mail to the post office daily
? Prepare FedEx shipments and drop-off as needed
? Write cover letters for outgoing correspondence as requested
? Fax, file, and manage basic office supply needs
? Open and close office
? Manage and update Outlook Contacts and Contact Groups
? Set-up in house meetings and arrange for food
? Create and distribute flyers and mailers for various internal events
? Keep break room clean and organized

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word required
Minimum of an AA degree or three years of relevant work experience
Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and distractions
Effective communication skills, telephone techniques, and proofreading abilities
Experience in detail-oriented tasks requiring a high degree of accuracy
Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customer needs in a timely manner

Responsibilities and Duties
? Design and Architect solutions based upon our client needs
? Manage our clients network and technical infrastructures
? Maintain a technical knowledge of the company's technology offerings
? Provide guidance for projects
? Implementation of company's solutions
? Troubleshooting for escalated problems
? Technical documentation
? Multitask and work under tight deadlines onsite and in offsite locations
? Complete minor repairs, upgrades, and installation of hardware and software.
Experience and Skills
? 5+ years of experience supporting technology in an enterprise environment
? Project management
? Configuration of routers and switches including Cisco and Sonicwall
? Cloud technologies -- including Google Apps, Rackspace, Microsoft Office 365 , and Cloud storage
? Strong Microsoft Exchange skills -- including overseeing an email migration or building an email system from scratch
? Firewalls and basic understanding of NAT
? Experience with administration on Microsoft exchange 2007 and 2010
? Experience with Virtual technologies such as VMware ESX, ESXI
? Ability to support Microsoft Office 7/XP desktop operating Systems
? Knowledge of network cabling, installation, patch panels etc.
? Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory experience
