* Flexible schedule- availability of at least 30 hours per week

Tasks:
- Interface with the public: answer telephones, check e-mails and voice messages, set up conference calls
- Deliver out-going mail to the post office daily
- Write cover letters for outgoing correspondence as requested
- Manage and update Outlook Contacts and Contact Groups
- Create and distribute flyers and mailers for various internal events
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word required
- Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and distractions
- Effective communication skills, telephone, techniques and proofreading abilities
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customer needs in a timely manner
