The hands-on internship is for at least 20-30 hours per week; pay is $10 per hour. Position offers a great opportunity to learn about lighting design, retail and e-commerce business, and custom manufacturing. Internship offers room to grow with the company into a full-time position.
Intern will be responsible for assisting with building projects; tracking inventory; ordering and organizing supplies; shipping/packaging including taking shipments to post office, UPS; running errands to supply stores; and, studio clean up.
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working individual who is a team player and can get along with co-workers, suppliers and customers. Must have a professional attitude toward the internship, have a current driver's license but a car not necessary. Some knowledge of working with wood is desirable, but not necessary.
