Currently seeking an experienced General Manager for this second location. The ideal candidate has prior experience opening quality restaurants and/or bars, and is passionate about hospitality.
Our progressive American menu will highlight local, all-natural and organic ingredients. We focus on serving healthy and delicious food in a casual atmosphere. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and must demonstrate great attention to detail, leadership qualities and ability to communicate efficiently and clearly. Requirements
? 3+ years as a General Manager of a full-service restaurant or bar that serves liquor, beer and wine.
? Knowledge of food, wine, craft beer, local spirits, coffee, and classic mixology
? Experience in creating, leading, and training a team.
? Experience in creating and implementing systems and processes to ensure seamless service and maximize the restaurant efficiency and cost saving at the same time.
? Ability to hold others accountable, control costs, and maintain high standards, while creating a positive and fun culture and work environment
? Experience in a high volume establishment
?Experience with Micros POS system (preferred)
