A small technology placement firm is looking for an entry-level assistant/recruiter-trainee. You would be required to have no applicable skills, besides basic Office products knowledge. You will be trained on all aspects of the business. No technology understanding is necessary.

You will learn to recruit candidates from our database and available online resources. You will also work in a professional office environment, so perfect communication skills and professional aptitude and attitude are a must.

You should have at least some basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and internet, as well as some social networking site exposure (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). You should also be well-spoken and be prepared to speak to a variety of business professionals, as well as maintain appropriate office attitude at all times. You should be able to work in a small environment and be open to learning new skills at all times. Multitasking, active brainstorming and natural energy and intelligence are all necessary.

You should have no more than 2-3 years' experience after graduation.

You will start off as a trainee, and after the initial learning period be exposed to substantial income potential, with benefits, bonuses and various perks. We have a beautiful office in Times Square and have been in business for 8 years.
