POST-MERGER INTEGRATION SPECIALIST - New Operation/Employee Relations (Midtown)

This opening position is due to a new merger and acquisition of an energy related company with 100 -- 200 employees acquired by the parent company of heavy industry.

Job Summery:

? Direct post-merger integration and business flow as liaison for the offices and sites of the new subsidiary with 100-200 employees leading cross-functional team meetings, ensuring human resources relations, employee assimilation and problem resolution between sites to increase productivity.
? Streamline job descriptions, skill/technology integration, training requirements, team building, relationship building, corporate philosophy and communications between all sites
? Identify/create efficiency processes/policies, sales operations and client management, compensation analysis, budget management, contract negotiation, procurement.
? Implement legal investigation and compliance as legal counsel liaison
? Increase administration efficiencies.

Start Salary: $80,000-$120,000+Bonus+Benefits

Requirement:

? More than 5 years of experience in execution of M&A integration, such as new employee/labor relations, human resources integration, staff development, personnel management, compensations management, and related legal compliance.
? Experience of M&A integration with Japanese companies is preferred. (Japanese language skill is not required.)
? Strong communication and presentation skill to develop/maintain good relationship with newly joined employees.
? Good sense of detecting problems to solve.
? Must be a good team player to understand the entire corporate group strategies and direction.
? Start in July - August 2012 in New York City.
