?Plan and direct the day to day operations of the store.
?Maintain a consistent business focus with the goal of meeting or exceeding financial plans established for the store.
?Execute all operational functions including but not limited to purchasing, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, manage labor budget.
?Identify opportunities to impact sales through in-store events and community outreach.
?Develop a team of qualified Assistant Managers, Department Supervisors and Team members who are dedicated to getting results. Establish performance standards to control shrink and potential loss to the company. Foster positive working relationships with all levels in the store.
?Ensure that outstanding service is provided to each customer through "hands on" sales leadership and direction.

Candidates must have at least 5 years management experience in the Food Industry. Bachelor degree in Business Management is preferred.
