Our families need outgoing, dependable, professional Childcare Specialists with strong interpersonal and communication skills who want to make a difference with their lives. We'll train you to become a fun, engaging companion for each child in the family, with the seamless capacity to integrate childcare for each, restoring balance and ease.
We are especially encouraging men to apply! As the incidence of autism is higher in boys than in girls, many of our clients appreciate the positive role model that an additional male presence can provide.
Positions available:
? MOA Childcare Specialist Intern: Note: This training will be offered only to individuals who have prior experience with children on the Autism Spectrum, and are comfortable with a child-centered, relational approach to caring for a child. Our ideal candidates are energetic and enthusiastic, with great people skills, comfortable playing with children, babysitting experience, and personal experience with children who have special needs.
