China-US Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to support Education sector between China/US.
Job Description:
Reports to both the President and Vice President and is responsible for actively promoting CAEF and its activities and meeting targets through:
? Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Foundation;
? Organizing the annual Annual Dinner held in New York City;
? Managing China-US networking events and quarterly newsletter;
? Coordinating education training program for China/US students; (College/High School)
? Supporting education delegations to China; (or US Education delegations to the U.S.)
? Providing support for seminars, workshops, road shows, conference and other events;
? Maintaining education development database;
? Conducting marketing research, surveys and reports, as required;
? Updating website content.
Job Qualifications:
? Good written and verbal communication skills in English, (Chinese is a plus)
? prefer 1-2 years work experience in office assisting area;
? Bachelor's degree or above;
? High energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation are required;
? Strong organizational and problem solving skills, detail-oriented and team player;
? A good understanding of political and social environment in China and the U.S. is preferred;
? Computer literate; good on MS Office.
