You must have at least 2 years experience in a high volume kitchen. You must have the ability to multi-task and have the leadership qualities of managing and delegating responsibilities to a large staff.
You must be able to exercise plate standards and contribute creatively to special menu items. You must have product and stock knowledge and be able to organize and follow through on ordering, inventory, and tracking costs.
You must have full time availability.
