I'm looking for a real estate assistant to help with my busy real estate business. I have been an agent for 6 years and have an established referral base in rentals and sales as well as commercial clients for retail and investment sales. You will help mostly on the residential side of the business in showings, looking up listings, interacting with clients, responding to leads, and preparing show sheets.

You are:

- College Educated
- MUST have New York Real Estate Salesperson license
- Energetic, organized, detail-oriented, personable, and extremely presentable
- Be able to keep track of many different clients at once
- Flexible, fast learner, and resourceful at accomplishing objectives
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft office, Basic Photoshop
- Have excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills
- Clear and effective at communicating with people
- Have at least some experience working as an agent

You will need: a camera with video function, a smartphone, unlimited metrocard

I'm a female agent in my 30s who is hard-working with a calm demeanor, looking for someone who is smart, organized and good with people. Part-time to start, an average of 20 hours a week but for the right assistant who shows skill and dedication, this will go full time quickly.
