Midtown consulting firm seeks an Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years of experience. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative support to our small company. Responsibilities will include:
? Providing administrative support to CEO
? Answering telephones and responding to routine client requests.
? Correspondence
? Greeting visitors
? Other duties as assigned.
? Hours are 12:00 pm -- 4:00 pm or 1:00 pm--5:00 pm Monday-Friday
Desired Skills & Experience
? Professional appearance and demeanor
? Ability to multi-task and ability to manage a wide variety of tasks
? Computer fluency with MSOffice (Word, Excel). Ability to learn new programs as needed.
