Must have EDI experience including: downloading EDI orders (850), creating UCC128 labels and manifests, routing shipments/Pro #'s and ASN entry. Experience with Mas 90 and True Commerce software is a plus. Daily work involves order entry, scheduling truck shipments, communicating with the warehouse manager to organize work flow, contacting sales reps as well as customers regarding orders, updating vendor information/manual and meeting with management regarding work flow. Applicant must be a highly motivated, detailed oriented, team player with strong organizational skills. Proficient in customer service including but not limited to: good communication skills; written and as well as verbal, ability to email and fax correspondence and ability to multi task. Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, Campus Ship, True Commerce and Mas 90 a plus!
