Duties Include:
? Perform related administrative functions such as answering telephones.
? In conjunction with IT Department, coordinate company communication needs (hardware/software, voicemail, scheduling, message retrieval and cellular use).
? Distribute incoming emails to appropriate department/staff.
? Responsible for managers and sales department travel arrangements.
? Coordinate facility maintenance and office equipment/appliance repairs.
? Monitor office supplies.
? Communicate with all utility vendors.
? Facilitate all arrangements regarding physical plants.
? Maintain and coordinate laundry service.
? Update database as needed.
? Filing and data entry.
? Process outgoing mail.
? Collect and distribute incoming mail.
? Mail company literature and catalogs as needed.
? Exercise confidentiality.
? Assist with projects.
? Assist other staff when appropriate.
? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Two years of administrative/clerical experience.
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
? Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; pay close attention to detail.
? Ability to prioritize, use time efficiently, demonstrate flexibility, and multitask.
? Ability to meet productivity standards for the job and complete assigned work in timely manner.
? Ability to fully understand the SAP system software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software and Outlook email program.
? Ability to type at least 50 WPM & perform basic math problems.
? Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
? Must be able to perform physical tasks required for the position; the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and climb/balance and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
? May occasionally require the exposure to the warehouse areas, much cooler or warmer temperatures, and the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses.

Responsible for the development, compilation, and distribution of insurance documents. Identify potential issues and initiate resolutions.

- Draft, negotiate, and issue contractual insurance documents in a timely manner. Proofread insurance documents and forms for accuracy and completeness. Revise existing contract language and forms as required.

-Coordinate with others for the drafting, development, and distribution of contractual documents. Ensure all documents are completed accurately and timely.

-Develop and maintain excellent customer service relationships with both internal and external customers

-Interpret contract provisions to respond to questions from policyholders, employers, attorneys, and personnel.

- Work closely and effectively with Underwriting, Insurance, and Marketing to suggest solutions that are workable and compliant.

- Work towards ensuring goals are met and projects completed.

Willingness to pitch in on any level.

Office hours are Monday-Friday. Background check and drug testing will be required for employment. We are seeking applicants of all levels who are willing to pitch in in any manner necessary in order to get the job done- this means getting dirty/working hard and being ready for anything.
