Here's what we're looking for:

Job requirements:

• 3+ years as a General Manager of high-volume restaurant concept

• 1+ years as an Assistant Manager of high-volume restaurant concept

• Able to create a work environment that is lively, exciting, and full of enthusiasm

• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated

• Full knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor percentage

• A commitment to exceed our guest expectations

• 7-day availability is required from 7am - 11pm

LOCAL Drivers wanted, male or female to drive our new and reconditioned Mister Softee Soft Serve Ice Cream trucks. We also carry a full line of Good Humor products. All of our trucks are air-conditioned. Earn average $1,200-2,500 weekly after all expenses. Routes available in Fairfield, Westport, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Milford, Ansonia, Derby, Seymour, Naugatuck, Waterbury and West Haven ONLY (these routes go VERY QUICKLY, so we will not be able to inform you until you are ready to start). Our season starts first week of MARCH and ends the middle of NOVEMBER. No criminal record, clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old and have a Connecticut Driver's License.
