Full-charge Bookkeeper w/ QB Experience

Fashion brand located in Manhattan is hiring a full-time bookkeeper. This is an on-site W2 position (no freelance or off-site applicants please).

You must have strong Excel, QuickBooks and math skills. Knowledge of Pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. are required. You will be working in a wholesale environment therefore applicants with wholesale experience are encouraged to apply. You need to possess the following additional skills as well:

- Strong, assertive, go-getter personality with a pro-active, can-do attitude
- Experience with sales tax filings, commission, sales reports, invoicing, collections, general journal entries and payroll reporting in QB
- Experience with online ADP, Paychex,QB Payroll or other similar payroll modules
- Experience maintaining the P&L and Balance Sheet in addition to experience closing out months, quarters and years
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with depreciation schedules and entries
