Candidates must have:
? 1+ years experience as a wood burning oven pizzaiolo
? ability to work nights and weekends
? the ability to motivate and lead a kitchen staff to create the best food possible
? a knowledge of neapolitan cuisine, with a focus on pizza, and the creativity to bring new ideas to the menu
? NYC food handler's certificate is a plus, but not required
