Construction SUPERINTENDENT(Lead Working Foreman):

Small, recently established & growing Non-Union General Contractor seeks the following unique individual with experience in commercial and residential work ( mainly CARPENTRY work ) & other related works for immediate hire to join the family:

-Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial/residential projects.
-Ability to read blue prints & apply in the field.
-Cautious in SAFETY. Implement PPE and all safety regulations religiously in the field.OSHA 10 hrs. trained at the very minimum preferred. Advocate for ZERO tolerance in safety.
-Ability to run 2-3 crews at the same time.
-Coordinate sub(s), material deliveries, equipment and in-house workers.
-Prepare/maintain logs, job schedule, time sheets. Somewhat familiar with filling out time sheets and cost coding and reporting process.
-Familiarity with other aspects of the construction is a PLUS (tiles, hardwood floors, concrete work, masonry work, metals, etc.)
-Good communication skills
-US Citizen or Green Card Holder
-Valid Driver's License

NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A PROJECT MANAGER OR PROJECT ENGINEER JOB. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACTIVE/WORKING FOREMAN WITH TOOLS LEADING THE CREW.
