Hiring is for nights and weekends.
Sundays and holidays must be available.
Cooking experience is a must. We are a small kitchen who rely on each other to get the job done. We are looking for a person who has the skills and ambition to take on responsibilities with in the kitchen. May include working alone, expediting, writing prep lists, organizing reach-in, possibly doing orders. A background in Asian cuisine is helpful but not necessary. If you are looking to learn more about the different facets of the kitchen, this might be great for you.
