Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Retail for a world renowned international luxury goods conglomerate. Our client has multiple brands with international appeal and loyal clientele. This uniquely prominent position offers you an exceptional opportunity for success and will further your career. This position is for its flagship brand which has more than 40 retail locations in the United States. The job is in the New York City Area surrounded by many types of public transportation.

Main Activities: The Director of Retail will be responsible for ensuring the operating efficiency, financial discipline, human resources management, brand image, and exceptional customer experience for our client's retail business. Partner with Brand Manager in developing the strategy and organization structure to support the execution of a national retail sales presence of the Swatch brand.

Profile:

? Min of 8-10 years in multi-unit Senior level retail Management

? Functional experience in retail sales planning, reporting & analysis (KPI's), Visual Merchandising, loss prevention, HR Management, and project leadership for a consumer products brand

? Experience within an international organization a plus.

50% Travel 7 District Managers 48 stores now open; 4 more opening in 2013 and more are planned for 2014.

Base salary target is $150K (commensurate with previous job history) plus bonus up to 25% with terrific benefits and generous PTO policy.
