We are seeking a Project Manager for a leading global healthcare agency for our NYC office - you will plan, direct, and coordinate all delivery-related activities of mid to large-scale and/or Tier 2 client engagements under direct supervision. The Project Manager ensures that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, funding parameters, and the agreed-upon project scope.

Responsibilities
Prepares project estimates and schedules
? Motivates internal team to ensure timely delivery of project
? Prepares daily project status and resource reports
? Assesses actual hours incurred on project versus estimate throughout engagement. Escalates potential budget issues to supervisor
? Manages project scope and escalates potential Change Order situations to supervisor
? Conducts internal project status meetings with cross-functional internal team and participates in status meeting with clients and Account Managers
? Develops and maintains project documentation and Internet project Web site
? Coordinates project activities with Account Management, Strategy, Business Development, Creative, Editorial, Technology, IA, and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met
? Clearly communicates to client and project team
? Develops and maintains harmonious client relationships
? Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues
? Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems
? Prepares and presents the statement of work and project budget for identified clients in conjunction with account management
? Participates in new business pitches
? Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
? College degree
? 3 - 5 years project management experience
? PMI certification a plus
? MS Office Suite, MS Project
? Visio a plus
