SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

An exciting fun premium tequila brand is hiring sales representatives to help grow presence in the New York Metro area.

Title: Sales Representative/Business Development. Looking for a candidate who wants to grow with the Company!
Department: Sales Division - New York, NY
Reports to: Founder/CEO -- New York, NY

Job Objectives:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of sale in assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Maintain focus on high level of customer satisfaction,revenue generation, and long-term account retention.

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the sale of tequila product line to retailers, restaurants, bars, and other local establishments in given territory.
? Demonstrates sufficient selling skills and product knowledge of industry that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentation of the tequila
brands attributes.
? Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
? Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
? Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
? Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
? Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email,
and networking.
? Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
? Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
? Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within
their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft programs to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

? Has some base knowledge of tequila, liquor industry, customers and market dynamics
? Possesses an outgoing personality, strong written and verbal communication skills, easily engages with customers, and quickly builds rapport and
trust with others
? Drives execution, seeks to collaborate with others, creatively solves problems and demonstrate high integrity
? Is a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic person
? 1-3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry preferred
