Computer scheduling
Answering phones
Faxing / Scanning
Collecting and posting copayments
Obtain authorizations for therapy visits
Verify plan benefits for all incoming patients
Perform follow up
Problem solve
Speak to insurance companies and to patients on a daily/weekly basis, communicate any needed Information to doctors on a weekly basis
Relationship building with other offices
